Molly Brandenburg – is a multi-hyphenate artist; a podcast host/voiceover artist, nightclub comedy lounge singer, author and commissioned painter and illustrator. She has hosted numerous podcasts on the Parcast Network on Spotify, including over 400 episodes of the top rated “Conspiracy Theories” (which debuted at #2 on iTunes) and over 400 episodes of “Unexplained Mysteries.” Both shows were listed on ITunes top shows of 2018. Her voiceover work also includes roles in animated films, audiobooks, commercials and a Star Trek cd-rom.

Molly’s original comedy lounge singer character, Peggy Judy, has brought down the house in major venues from Los Angeles to San Francisco, Palm Springs and Minneapolis. Her torchy vocals and comedy patter can be heard on on her live album, “Peggy Judy: Live at the M Bar,” which was given a “Grindie” award for Outstanding Independent Recording.

Molly’s books include “Everyday Cat Excuses” (published by Sterling Press), and “The Truth  About Cats” (Winner of a Global EBook Award) which she wrote and illustrated. She also co-wrote and edited “Letters from Bud,” a World War 2 memoir based on her father’s letters home from Europe during the height of the war, from 1944-45.

Molly’s cartoons are a special feature on the global interior decor site, www.Houzz.com. Her work was cited with a “Best of Houzz” award in 2013 and 2014.

Molly’s original characters, created in cartoons (and in performance) include everything from beleaguered office workers and quizzical dogs and cats to glamorous divas  looking for a comeback. These characters reflect her observations on modern life, seen through a sort of midcentury lens. She hopes you enjoy seeing and hearing the work as much as she enjoys creating it.
